If you are not comfortable with putting any personnel information on the application, you can leave that information out i.e. Soc Sec #, account #.
If you choose to omit this information, please do the following:
- Because all fields are required to be filled out, for the Social Security #, you can instead put in 123456789.
- For the amount you can put 0(zero)
For all other sections, there is a box at the top of that section that you can click that will not include that section and allow you to continue.
